Bất cứ ai cũng đều biết, môi trường giáo dục có thể ảnh hưởng tích cực hoặc tiêu cực đến sự phát triển và định hình nhân cách, khả năng của trẻ. Nhưng môi trường giáo dục như thế nào là hoàn hảo đối với trẻ thì không phải ai cũng biết. Làm thế nào để trẻ lớn lên vừa hoàn thiện nhân cách lại vừa phát triển toàn diện cả về năng lực, thể chất là một câu hỏi khiến nhiều bậc phụ huynh trăn trở.

Trong những năm gần đây, song song với hệ thống trường công truyền thống, rất nhiều mô hình giáo dục mới đã phát triển ở Việt Nam. Thêm nhiều phương pháp chưa hẳn đã là một tín hiệu tích cực. Một đứa trẻ được nuôi dưỡng và giáo dục trong một môi trường hạnh phúc chắc chắn sẽ có sự phát triển tốt và đạt được mục tiêu, những bước tiến lớn trong tương lai. Tuy nhiên thực tế, xây dựng môi trường hạnh phúc để trẻ phát triển chưa được thực sự quan tâm và đặt lên hàng đầu.

Vậy thế nào là một môi trường giáo dục hạnh phúc?

Một ngôi trường hạnh phúc, hay một lớp học hạnh phúc trước tiên phải là nơi mà cả thầy và trò đến muốn đến mỗi ngày. Giáo viên hạnh phúc thì mới tăng hiệu quả truyền đạt và giảng dạy kiến thức cho học sinh. Với học sinh, hạnh phúc là cảm giác tích cực giúp các em phát triển toàn diện.

Ngoài yếu tố không gian mở với cơ sở vật chất hiện đại, trường học hạnh phúc nhấn mạnh đến phương pháp giáo dục kiến tạo, để trẻ tự tiếp thu hiểu biết thông qua hoạt động trải nghiệm thực tế. Trẻ có thể đúng và cũng có thể sai mà không bị chê trách, phê phán. Thầy cô là người phân tích và định hướng, còn trẻ thì tự xây dựng hướng đi cho chính mình.

Tuần lễ không chỉ nhằm mục đích nhấn mạnh 05 giá trị cốt lõi của nhà trường: Tự lực, Tôn trọng, Đam mê, Đồng cảm và Tỏa sáng, mà còn tạo dựng một không khí tích cực trong bước khởi đầu của năm học. Những khái niệm tưởng như khô cứng được chuyển hóa thành những buổi thuyết trình, chia sẻ; những tiết học viết thư, tô màu, vẽ tranh hay tìm hiểu văn hóa. Đó là cách mà nhà trường xây dựng một môi trường học tập hạnh phúc cho các thế hệ học trò.

Tuần lễ Sunshine Week kết thúc, nhưng hành trình dài vẫn còn chờ đợi phía trước. Hành trình đó không chỉ dừng lại ở năm học Kiến tạo, mà trong suốt quãng đời học tập của học sinh dưới ngôi trường hạnh phúc Sunshine Maple Bear.
