Năm học 2021-2022, Trường Tiểu học và THCS chính thức triển khai CHƯƠNG TRÌNH HỌC BỔNG SHINE WITH ME nhằm chiêu mộ học sinh ưu tú, truyền cảm hứng và niềm đam mê học tập suốt đời.

I. ĐỐI TƯỢNG XÉT DUYỆT HỌC BỔNG

Học sinh từ lớp 1 – lớp 9 hệ Song ngữ và hệ Quốc tế, bao gồm cả học sinh đang học tại hệ thống Sunshine Maple Bear và học sinh các trường trên địa bàn Hà Nội.

II. SỐ LƯỢNG HỌC BỔNG

Căn cứ vào điều kiện thực tế; số lượng học sinh và các thành tích cá nhân học sinh đạt được, Hệ thống sẽ xét duyệt và trao tặng học bổng cho học sinh ở các khối lớp, bao gồm:

– Học bổng Tỏa sáng, trị giá 50.000.000 VNĐ/ học kỳ.

– Học bổng Kiến tạo, trị giá 25.000.000 VNĐ/ học kỳ.

– Học bổng Ươm mầm, trị giá 10.000.000 VNĐ/ học kỳ.

II. ĐIỀU KIỆN XÉT DUYỆT

  1. Điều kiện cần đạt bắt buộc:

* Với học sinh đầu vào lớp 1:

– Kết quả đánh giá đầu vào: có tổng điểm 3 môn Toán – Tiếng Việt – Tiếng Anh đạt từ 29 điểm trở lên.

* Với học sinh Khối 2 – Khối 5:

– KQGD được xếp loại HTXS

– Tổng điểm ba môn Toán – Tiếng Việt – Tiếng Anh ở tất cả các bài kiểm tra định kỳ phải đạt từ 29 điểm trở lên: Hệ Song ngữ: Toán – Tiếng Việt đạt 10 điểm; Hệ Quốc tế: Toán – Tiếng Anh đạt 10 điểm.

– Tham gia tích cực các hoạt động giáo dục, trải nghiệm, các hoạt động cộng đồng, nêu gương, góp phần lan tỏa các giá trị cốt lõi của Sunshine Maple Bear.

* Với học sinh Khối 6 – Khối 9:

– Được xếp loại HSG, có điểm trung bình các môn học đạt từ 8,5 trở lên, không môn học nào (trừ môn văn) có điểm trung bình môn dưới 8.

– Điểm trung bình các môn Toán, Văn và Tiếng Anh: Hệ Song ngữ: Toán 9,0, Văn 8,5; Tiếng Anh 8,5; Hệ Quốc tế: Toán 9.0, Tiếng Anh 9.0 và Văn 7,5).

– Tham gia tích cực các hoạt động giáo dục, trải nghiệm, các hoạt động cộng đồng, nêu gương, góp phần lan tỏa các giá trị cốt lõi của Sunshine Maple Bear.

  1. Tiêu chí xét phân loại học bổng:
Học bổng Đạt 1 trong các thành tích

Tỏa sáng

(50 triệu đồng)

– Đạt giải Nhì cấp quận hoặc giải khuyến khích cấp thành phố trở lên trong kỳ thi các môn văn hóa, các cuộc thi Khoa học kỹ thuật, CNTT.

 – Đạt giải Nhất cấp Quận hoặc giải Ba thành phố trong kỳ thi thuộc lĩnh vực Nghệ thuật, Văn hóa văn nghệ, Thể thao – Đạt từ giải Ba trở lên trong các cuộc thi: IMC, IMSO, APMOPS

– Đạt từ giải Bạc trở lên trong cuộc thi IMAS

– Đạt giải Vàng hoặc Bạch Kim trong các cuộc thi: IKMC, MYTS, SASMO, AMC8

Kiến tạo

(25 triệu đồng)

 – Đạt giải ba cấp quận trong kỳ thi các môn văn hóa, các cuộc thi Khoa học kỹ thuật, CNTT. – Đạt giải Nhì cấp Quận hoặc giải Khuyến khích thành phố trong kỳ thi thuộc lĩnh vực Nghệ thuật, Văn hóa văn nghệ, Thể thao – Đạt giải khuyến khích trong các cuộc thi: IMC, IMSO, APMOPS

– Đạt giải Đồng trong cuộc thi IMAS

– Đạt giải Bạc trong các cuộc thi: IKMC, MYTS, SASMO, AMC8

(10 triệu đồng)

 – Đạt giải Nhất cấp trường hoặc khuyến khích cấp quận trở lên trong kỳ thi các môn văn hóa, các cuộc thi Khoa học kỹ thuật, CNTT. – Đạt giải Ba cấp quận trong kỳ thi thuộc lĩnh vực Nghệ thuật, Văn hóa văn nghệ, Thể thao

 

 – Lọt vào top 5% các cuộc thi: IMC, IMSO, APMOPS

– Đạt giải Khuyến khích hoặc lọt top 5% trong cuộc thi IMAS

– Đạt giải Đồng trong các cuộc thi: IKMC, MYTS, SASMO, AMC8

* Danh sách các cuộc thi:

Các cuộc thi quốc tế được Bộ GD&ĐT công nhận và phối hợp tổ chức

– IMC: Olympic toán học trẻ quốc tế cho lớp 6-7/ 8-9

– IMSO: Olympic toán và khoa học trẻ quốc tế cho tiểu học lớp 5 và THCS

– APMOPS: Olympic toán châu Á – Thái Bình Dương cho học sinh từ đủ 11 tuổi

– IMAS: Đánh giá năng lực tư duy toán học quốc tế cho học sinh lớp 3-lớp 8

Các cuộc thi quốc tế bảng B

– IKMC: Toán Kangaroo lớp 1-8

– MYTS: Tìm kiếm tài năng toán học trẻ lứa tuổi 10 -16

– SASMO: Toán quốc tế Singapore và Châu Á cho lớp 2 -lớp 10

– AMC8: Toán học Hoa Kỳ cho THCS

III. CÁC BƯỚC TỔ CHỨC XÉT DUYỆT HỌC BỔNG SHINE WITH ME

  1. Xét duyệt học bổng đầu năm áp dụng cho Học kỳ 1

* Học sinh đầu vào khối 1: Căn cứ vào kết quả xét tuyển đầu vào, hồ sơ đăng ký học bổng của PHHS, nhà trường tiến hành xét duyệt, phỏng vấn thêm (nếu cần), công bố kết quả sau 3 – 4 tuần.

* Học sinh khối 2 – khối 9:

– Vòng 1 – Xét hồ sơ: học sinh nộp hồ sơ xét tuyển (theo mẫu của nhà trường) về Phòng Tuyển sinh và Chăm sóc khách hàng cùng với hồ sơ nhập học.

– Vòng 2 – Thi viết và phỏng vấn: học sinh sau khi xét duyệt qua vòng 1 sẽ tham gia vòng thi viết bằng Tiếng Anh, Tiếng Việt và phỏng vấn với Hội đồng xét duyệt Học bổng.

– Công bố kết quả: Học bổng Shine With Me dự kiến sẽ được công bố trong tháng 7, và bắt đầu áp dụng ngay từ học kỳ 1 năm học tiếp theo.

  1. Xét duyệt học bổng sau Học kỳ 1, áp dụng cho Học kỳ 2

– Vòng 1 – Xét hồ sơ: học sinh nộp hồ sơ xét tuyển (theo mẫu của nhà trường) về Phòng Tuyển sinh và Chăm sóc khách hàng vào cuối Học kỳ 1.

– Vòng 2 – Thi viết và phỏng vấn: học sinh sau khi xét duyệt qua vòng 1 sẽ tham gia vòng thi viết bằng Tiếng Anh, Tiếng Việt và phỏng vấn với Hội đồng xét duyệt Học bổng.

– Công bố kết quả: Kết quả được công bố trong buổi sơ kết học kỳ 1 toàn trường.

Lưu ý:

+ Những học sinh đạt điều kiện bắt buộc nhưng chưa đủ điều kiện nhận học bổng sẽ được xét trao giải thưởng Sao Ánh Dương vào cuối mỗi học kỳ.

+ Học bổng xét theo học kỳ. Học sinh không được lĩnh học bổng bằng tiền mặt mà xét trừ vào tiền học phí ở học kỳ tiếp theo. Học bổng chỉ có giá trị khi học sinh đang hoặc tiếp tục theo học tại Sunshine Maple Bear.

+ Tổng học bổng và các ưu đãi áp dụng không vượt quá 100% mức học phí. Thứ tự áp dụng: Học bổng -> Ưu đãi chung -> Ưu đãi chính sách hợp lực/ gia đình -> Các ưu đãi khác nếu có.

HỒ SƠ XÉT TUYỂN HỌC BỔNG SHINE WITH ME

Học sinh có mong muốn xét tuyển Học bổng Shine With Me cần chuẩn bị hồ sơ bao gồm:

–        Đơn xin xét học bổng đã dán ảnh (theo mẫu của Nhà trường).

–        Bản sao Học bạ các năm học (dành cho học sinh mới);

–        Bản sao các thành tích khác (nếu có).
